Payment Terms:
To pay via Bank Transfer or American Express please email events@centreforaviation.com.
Payment via bank transfer will incur a USD30 transfer & admin fee.
Payment via American Express will be processed in AUD at the current exchange rate.
Kindly note: invoices will not be issued for bank transfers within 10 days prior to event commencement.
Complimentary Airline Delegate Passes*
CAPA is pleased to offer a limited number of complimentary passes for airline delegates. To see if you are entitled to a pass, email your full name/company/job title to Karen Wakefield kwakefield@centreforaviation.com
CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the complimentary airline delegate passes. Strictly one (1) complimentary pass per airline will be accepted. If your airline requires more than 1 pass, payment will be required.
Complimentary airline guest passes are for full time direct employees of scheduled airlines only. Any affiliates, ACMI providers/charter airlines or subsidiary businesses e.g consultants to airlines, secondees, or any commercial businesses related/linked to airlines such as handlers, aircraft leasing businesses, catering and airport ground services, are not deemed as direct full time airline employees and regular delegate fees are applicable.
Media delegate passes: To apply email your full name, company name and job title to events@centreforaviation.com
Media delegate passes include access to the welcome reception, summit day sessions and networking dinner. Registrations may incur a cost. Media delegate passes are strictly limited. CAPA has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for the media delegate passes. All registered Media Delegates must reference "CAPA - Centre for Aviation", "Aviation Week Network" and/or "CAPA-Aviation Week Network Airline Operations Leaders' Summit" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Delegates are entitled to conference refreshments and lunch, full conference sessions (2 and 3 December) and the Gala Dinner (2 December).
Your conference ticket does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Seville. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organised by the attendee.
Visas:
Visas are required for some nationalities. CAPA is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference. If this is required, please contact CAPA events immediately.
